Products from Brilliant Young Inventors

I am always in awe of anyone who can invent a product -- more so when the inventor is a young kid! The By Kids for Kids website showcases several products invented by young children from ages 6 (!!!) to 12. I remember I was a lot of things when I was 10, but inventing sure was not one of them.

I like how the website presents each story - short and sweet, but meaty. You can learn how the idea was developed, what are the benefits of the invented products, and indications of how the market accepted the invention. Each story is very inspiring and I wish my kids would grow to be as creative and innovative as these kids.

Connecticut Success Stories

The Connecticut Licensing Info Center has several success stories on their site. The write-ups are short, but there are a lot of gems that you can pick up from the various entrepreneurs featured. The featured entrepreneurs are:
